What to Bring to Orientation
The most important thing to bring is a positive attitude and willingness to participate in the program. But the following also will be helpful:
Something to take notes on. We do provide several blank pages in the parent handbook for notes, but the pages are slick, and sometimes our dedicated note takers run out of space!
A light sweater or jacket. The air conditioning is pretty strong inside, and it gets a little chilly.
Comfortable, light clothing. Don’t go out and buy new stuff! Dress is very casual. You will be walking in the heat and then sitting in cold air conditioning for the rest of the day. Please dress comfortably!

An umbrella in case of rain.
A debit card (or credit card if you must) to reserve prepacked textbooks for your student and for miscellaneous purchases.
