What to Bring to Orientation
The most important thing to bring is a positive attitude and willingness to participate in the program, but the following will also be helpful:
Something to take notes on. We do provide several blank pages in the parent handbook for notes, but the pages are slick, and sometimes our dedicated note-takers run out of space!
A light sweater or jacket. The air conditioning is pretty strong inside, and it can get a little chilly.
Comfortable, light clothing. Don’t go out and buy new clothes! Attire is very casual. You will be walking in the heat and then sitting in cold air conditioning for the rest of the day. Please dress comfortably!
An umbrella in case of rain.
