Transfer Orientation Fees
The orientation fee of $75 covers all expenses for the program, including food, printed materials, a T-shirt, a yard sign, the common read book, etc. Since transfer orientation sessions are one day programs, overnight accommodations are not available.
The July 10th virtual orientation session will be $60 per student.
A parent/adult guest orientation fee of $60 includes food, printed material, etc. Overnight accommodations. We do not provide overnight accommodations for this session. Those should be arranged separately. Siblings ages 12 to 17 will have an additional fee of $35. Any siblings under the age of 12 can attend free of charge.
There are no guest fees associated with the virtual orientation session.
- Making changes to registration: If your plans change after you have registered for an orientation session, please log back into the registration system to change to another session.
- Adding additional parents/guests: Log back into the registration system to add a parent to your session. You can make these changes under ‘Modify Registration Details.’
- Refunds: All orientation fees (both students and family members) are nonrefundable. Deciding not to attend the University of Mississippi or having your admission rescinded due to poor academic performance does not qualify you to receive a refund of orientation fees. If you decide not to attend Ole Miss, you are responsible for notifying the Office of Admissions.
***Fees can be paid online using Visa, MasterCard, or an electronic bank draft. At this time, we are not able to take checks in the mail, cash, or bill the fees to the student’s bursar account.
