Introduction

I’m Martin Fisher, the Director of Campus Visit & Orientation Programs. I graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in public policy leadership and in 2014 with a Master of Arts in higher education/student personnel. Prior to taking this role, I worked for three years in the Office of Admissions as a regional admissions counselor and admissions counselor for internal operations.

My love for Ole Miss runs deep as I am a third-generation graduate of the university. I was raised wearing red and blue and saying Hotty Toddy from the time I could speak. My affection for the University of Mississippi only grew stronger as an undergraduate student. I was fortunate to be very involved on campus in a variety of leadership roles. The relationships that I developed with administrators had a profound effect on my experience, and I have a desire to have a similar impact on current and future students. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the Ole Miss family and to work at the University of Mississippi.
